Hart Biologicals Hosts First IMPACT Distributor Meeting in Paris

The first IMPACT Distributor Meeting took place in Paris as IMPACT became available to order for Research Use Only (RUO). The event brought together our distributor partners and members of the Hart Biologicals team to connect and share ideas. This important milestone gave us the opportunity to present the system, answer questions and hear directly from our growing distributor network.

The meeting began with introductions from the Hart team and our international distributor partners. For some attendees, it was their first time seeing the IMPACT analyser in person. The meeting gave everyone a chance to ask questions, exchange ideas and learn more about the system. The agenda included an update on the IMPACT analyser, reagents and consumables currently available for Research Use Only. We also discussed product availability, ordering and logistics.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the practical demonstration of IMPACT. Our distributors saw the analyser in action and had the opportunity to take part. There was a great deal of interest in the analyser. Our distributors asked thoughtful questions and shared feedback based on the needs of their individual markets.

Training and technical support formed an important part of the conversation. We discussed the resources distributors and customers will need to understand the system and demonstrate it confidently. The group shared feedback on user documentation, translated resources and customer training. These conversations will help us develop clear and practical materials for users with different levels of experience in platelet function testing.

The meeting also gave everyone time to connect in a more relaxed setting. We enjoyed lunch together and continued many of the conversations started during the meeting. It was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships between the Hart team and our distributor partners.

Our first IMPACT Distributor Meeting was more than a product update. It was an opportunity to listen, learn and establish a collaborative approach for the future.
